Return Policies

  • Refunds are available for all merchandise in its original, unused condition within 30 days from the delivery date. You can simply email on Refund@ovrone.com regarding your return.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned. If a return is attempted for a final sale item, the refund will not be processed.

  • Shipping and handling fees, along with any additional charges, are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will include the cost of the item and any applicable sales tax.

  • Price adjustments are available within 14 days of purchase.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Repack the item in its original packaging with the original tags still attached.

  2. Email us the full details and reasons for your return, along with the images of the product.

  3. Retain the tracking number for your records. If you use our provided return label, a $6 charge will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may choose any traceable shipping method.


Final Sale Items:
Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return. Any return attempt will not be processed.

How to Exchange an Item:
To exchange an item, please return the item you’d like to exchange, and place a new order for the replacement.

Incorrect Orders or Damaged Products:
If an item is shipped incorrectly or arrives damaged, please Contact Us (contact us page link) for assistance. We will either replace the item or accept the return and issue a full refund.

U.S. Territory Customers:
For returns, please ship via an insured and traceable carrier. If duties and taxes were applied to an order being returned, the customer is responsible for contacting customs to request a refund of those fees.

International Customers:

  • We accept international returns if the request is made within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. We do not reimburse any duties or local taxes.
  • International exchanges are not accepted. If you need to exchange an item, you’ll need to initiate a return, ship the item back at your own expense, and place a new order for the replacement item. Please be aware that applicable VAT taxes or other duties, along with shipping costs, will be charged on the replacement item.

Incorrect or Damaged Items (International Orders):
 If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please Contact Us (contact us page link) within 7 business days of receiving your order and provide images of the item. Note that a replacement cannot be sent if we are not contacted within this 7-day window. We are not responsible for lost return packages, so please keep a copy of your tracking number for confirmation of delivery.
